Pair of oval Parian plaques with relief portraits of Francois 1ER Roi De France 1515 and Eleanore D'Autriche Reine De France 1531 - the identifying marks impressed sharply in block letters around the detailed likenesses. Stylish frame notched for hanging. French, 19th century. Unsigned. Excellent condition. H: 7 3/4", W: 6 1/4", D: 3/8" (Add another 2 1/2" for the height with frame.)
